It is not a failure. It is a threshold.
When thinking stops, what do you do?
Anyone who recognizes stoppage.
This site explores thinking structures such as the 9-Boxes of Thought and Poetic Business Thinking (PBT).
About Me.
Bizpoet H (ビジネス詩人H) is a business thinker and poet based in Japan.
After years of working in environments driven by logic, analysis, and performance, he became interested in moments where thinking itself breaks down — not because of lack of information, but because existing assumptions no longer hold.
From this observation, he developed Poetic Business Thinking (PBT), a minimal thinking approach designed for moments of cognitive deadlock.
Rather than proposing new frameworks or models, his work focuses on how people move again when established thinking methods stop functioning.
He writes in both Japanese and English, publishing essays, case-based explorations, and poetry.
His work does not aim to optimize thinking, but to make space for it to move.
